Hi! I'm Marga, 19, and a graduating Information Systems student at UST. I'm a sleepyhead who sings, writes songs, and giggles. My world revolves around school, apartment, nice places in the Philippines, gigs, and honest music and arts. I, together with John Lennon, say that I'm a dreamer and he's not the only one.

Spread the love! Support OPM!

My singing/songwriting group will be hosting a benefit gig for the Sendong victims this December 30. We will be performing songs to all of you who are attending. We are not big names in the music industry. One thing for sure though, we are true-blooded artists who want to help out and music and art are the means in which we can do that. All proceeds, cash and in kind, will be for the victims. No profit is taken from this event. Here are the details:JAMPACK: Music to the Rescue (A Benefit gig for Sendong Victims)Time: 8pmVenue: Conspiracy BarEntrance: PHP 100.00 ONLY ** if you want to shell out more, that’s a big help! :-)Optional: RELIEF GOODS ** if you wish to give help thru food, clothing, etc. aside from the entrance fee, we will gladly accept!)More than 1000 are dead and about the same number are still missing in Cagayan de Oro and Iligan. Let’s help our brothers and sisters in Mindanao.

The following are things that they need most:

- drinking water
- ready-to-eat food in easy-to-open containers
- medicine
- toiletries: sanitary pads, soap, shampoo, etc
- infant needs: baby bottles, milk, diapers, etc
- clothes, mats to sleep on, blankets
- cash (for organizations to purchase and assemble emergency kits)

All donations will be coursed through Rock Ed Philippines. Visit their website at:

In return, all we can offer is good old music that we hope you’d enjoy. :)
